You
can return or exchange your item in person or through the mail.
For a full refund in method of payment, we must receive the item
in our store within ten days of the date received. We offer exchange
or store credit up to 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, store
management must approve all returns. For quality reasons, you must
obtain a return authorization number (RAN) from customer service.
To expedite your exchange, call us and order your replacement
itemwe will send it right out. We will charge your account
for the second item, and then credit you promptly when we receive
the returned item. Return postage is your responsibility, and you
must ship your product back via UPS or FedEx. |
